  Waited in the shortest line to pick up meds only to be told, when it was our turn, that I could not pickup in that line. A sign with this info should be posted. We arrived 30 minutes after the promised time for it to be ready but was not. People behind us were held up while they "finished checking it". Once it was ready we were wished a nice day... They forgot to ask if we had any questions about this new med (extremely important with this med). When we were reading the paperwork we noticed the phrase "a pharmacist will to talk to you about this medication," I guess this will happen on another day. Every time it's a new problem or delay or that they are out of a certain medication. We moved here from another county and CVS is our insurance's preferred provider. Guess will we try another CVS that is not as convenient.
