  Received a bridal set on Friday. Took the ring into the store that following Sunday to get the prongs fixed because they were to long and a safety issue. I was told I would have to pay a charge to have it fixed because I did not have the extended warranty on it. Hmmm I just received it Friday. It’s under warranty. I also informed them that their website stated If you’re not happy, we’re not happy and we will make it right. Well that concept didn’t apply to this store. So instead of waving the $30+ fee to fix the prongs they gave me a full refund per my request. Bad business practice on their part and also loosing a customer.
