  Waited for 45 minutes to get one gallon of paint. Then he says your quart is ready. NO I even wrote on the color 1 gal interior paint semi gloss? After 30 minutes of waiting I walked over to customer service and said no one should wait that long for paint the guy needs help and he obviously is afraid to ask. Ask I was checking out a gal in front of me picked up an item without a tag. The cashier told her to go back and bring one up with a tag. I said you are making her go find the item? Seriously customer service is terrible here! Things like this make your customers NOT want to go back! Train your people better, management is to blame!
