  A few week ago i drove from Tampa to visit this location. I've shopped at this location many times, but on this visit i was treated like trash by Kristine. I don't think she is a manager but she is a "key holder". Short, Caucasian, long curly hair (i believe). She made my return soo uncomfortable. As if i were doing something wrong. I have SIX torrid's in my area but i chose to drive out my way to visit this one because of the shoe wall they have and i really appreciate how spacious the store is. I returned two dresses and a top and received about $150 on a gift card because my boyfriend didn't put the items on my account. I purchased an $75 dress and she assisted with that transaction as well even though i was hoping i would get the other cashier. After my receipt printed she looked over my receipt to check the balance of my gift card. I asked for my receipt and she ignored until she found the balance. She then demanded to see my receipt for my original gift card because she felt the balance was too high. It was soo embarrassing. She made a scene with a long line of people. There is much more i would like to share about my experience to the district manager, like how she was impatient with an elderly woman as well. I filled out the survey on the bottom of my receipt but i have yet to be contacted. I wonder if this is how they treat all of their PLATINUM members. I called her to let her know I was upset with how i was treated, and her exact words were "i remember you, you returned something with deodorant stains on them" which is FALSE... I was beyond appalled. I headed back to the store to return the dress because i refuse to give this location my business.
