  BAD OWNER SUPPORT & SALES PERSON SOLD ME THE WRONG PLAN FOR USE IN CANADA, RUINED MY VACATION IN CANADA.OWNER OFFERED $ 60.00 AND ADMITTED THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PLAN. HOWEVER VERIZON CORP. WAS GOOD,$130 REFUND.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.(USE STORE ON CORTEZ)

  Don't purchase a cell phone.... Customer service is much too be desired... They will not honor their authorized manufacturer warranty agreement. My problem ...24hrs of purchase. .. Motorola authorized replacement or Moto z force 2. They wouldn't replace, even though factory authorized the exchange. BUYER BEWARE: ONLY PURCHASE AT A VERIZON CORPORATE LOCATION Do not believe the response that they had put on here... They are not being truthful. They have not ,did not, and still haven't provided any customer service, whatsoever. They didn't even try to help me with the problem they didn't even return phone calls when I called them. Avoid this place!!!! Verizon on Cortez got me a new phone, gave me a screen saver, credited me for all the extra charges she added to my account...and $100 for my trouble for having to go through the horrible customer service from this Store. GO TO CORTEZ CORPORATE STORE 2 minutes away. -Joe Ducey
